How we decide what the evidence supports

How No Lies Lifting reviews fitness claims, grades evidence, updates answers, handles conflicts, and separates ingredient evidence from product proof.

Start with the exact claim

We judge the sentence being shared, not a softer version that is easier to defend. We separate mechanism, short-term markers, human outcomes, exact populations, doses, and product identity before writing a verdict.

Show confidence and limits

Evidence states, linked sources, review dates, practical takeaways, and important unknowns stay visible. Ingredient evidence is not treated as proof that a finished supplement works.

Keep commercial incentives out

Decision tools do not rank brands, invent ratings, or route readers through affiliate recommendations. Authors and editors are expected to disclose a material conflict before covering a claim or product.

Correct the record

Substantive corrections update the public answer and review date. Reader submissions remain private until an editor verifies and publishes the change.
